Investigating
We are aware of intermittent errors affecting METRC compliance integrations across multiple states, including Montana, California, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Missouri. These errors are originating from METRC's infrastructure, and we have engaged their support team directly (Case #02410998). We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
