Specifically, the sync_inventory action is returning 500 errors, which may cause inventory-related pages within Dutchie POS to display incorrectly or fail to load. Sales transactions are continuing to process successfully and are not impacted.
Our team has identified that the issue appears to originate with BioTrack's systems. We have opened a support case with BioTrack (Case #00003093) and are actively monitoring for resolution. No customer action is required at this time.
